Cancellations and Refunds


  1. If a customer of Yoparker or a Yoparker app user, who has booked a parking space before 1hr/2hrs/24hrs/days will receive a confirmation OTP before 1hr if the booking has not been cancelled already by the user/customer. Also, If the user/customer will try to cancel the booking before receiving the confirmation OTP, user/customer will be charged with minimum 1hr of parking charges (as cancellation charges) applied at that particular place and time. After receiving the confirmation OTP, user/customer will be charged with minimum half of the total amount paid (as cancellation charges) for the total parking duration.


  2. In every other case user will receive a confirmation OTP instantly. If the user/customer will try to cancel the booking after receiving the confirmation OTP, user/customer will be charged with minimum half of the total amount paid (as cancellation charges) for the total parking duration.


  3. Parking owner/intender/caretaker has no right to cancel the parking space booked by the Yoparker app user/customer. Once the Yoparker customer/user has reached the parking space he/she reserved, then, the parking owner/intender/caretaker must provide parking space to the Yoparker customer/user.


  4. In case of any dispute between the Yoparker customer/user and the Parking owner/intender/caretaker, regarding the unavailability of the parking space (even after the confirmation of the reservation of the parking space), or any other issue, Yoparker customer care must be contacted to resolve the disputes: -


    1. If the primary reason of the dispute is unavailability of the parking space (even after the confirmation of the reservation of the parking space), then a nearest available parking space will be provided to the Yoparker customer/user. and the contract with the parking owner/intender/caretaker will be terminated.


    2. For any other reason of dispute, legal procedures will be followed
